Galva Youth Sports Association (GYSA) is a not-for-profit association organized and operated within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and the Illinois General Not for Profit Corporation Act. Its purpose is to organize and administer sports programs for the youth of Galva, Illinois.
The goal of the GYSA is to establish quality athletic, recreational and competitive sports programs for all participants. Such programs will place an emphasis on instructing players in the fundamentals of each particular sport as well as promoting the values of good sportsmanship, fair play, and teamwork.
